Best thing to do is to open an eBay dispute for item not as described, then phone them about the item location.
I'd be disinclined to mention the words fake or counterfeit, only because it seems to put you on a route on which you need to provide third party verification that the product isn't the real thing, which can be difficult to obtain in the given time period.
Then I'd report the seller to F.A.C.T (you can email them with details), and leave a well worded neg to warn others.
