If you open a dispute for SNAD you will have to return it tracked to the address in Paypal

hi all i posted topic on board previously about same item im refering to in this topic however have finally recieve item now and more problems, seller claiming dvd boxset original yet fakes, i only found this out after i paid for item and seen other buyers neg feedback about same item (neg feedback posted after i paid) i have just recieve my item which is as agreed with other buyers is clearly a fake. i have emailed seller to set up a refund and to return item, however my problem is this, seller claimed to be located in Camberley, Surrey, United Kingdom yet the item has been delivered from china. Will i have to post all the way back to china when seller claimed to be in uk? and if so will i be left out of pocket for return p&p back to completly

Best thing to do is to open an eBay dispute for item not as described, then phone them about the item location.

I'd be disinclined to mention the words fake or counterfeit, only because it seems to put you on a route on which you need to provide third party verification that the product isn't the real thing, which can be difficult to obtain in the given time period.

Then I'd report the seller to F.A.C.T (you can email them with details), and leave a well worded neg to warn others.
