As far as I know, most of dropshippers are asking for some monthly fee, or one time pay.
Personally I prefer word - Middleman :D

Nope, dropshipping is simply the practice of having items sent directly from your supplier.
There may be a commercial arrangement such as a monthly fee or setup payment, but not necessarily.
As for items from a different location - it's not prohibited per se. You'd have to make sure you state the item location and shipping times/costs accurately.
I also think it would be prudent to be clear on the listing where buyers would have to return items in the event of problems, or if they just changed their minds.
