If she hasn't got a paypal account then she'll have to send you a cheque or PO, or bank transfer.

back when i had only just joined ebay (not that long ago, 2008) i did not have paypal but i used my visa card to pay for purchases. ebay used to offer me a "one off" paypal ccver, or something similar that was valid for that transaction only. all i had to do was enter my email into paypals "sign in" field and a password. i dont think i had to register anything at that time, the only difference was i had to manually type in my credit card details and my address everytime i paid for something. do you think this option is still available?
