I was rushing to get the kiddos from school right??? Suddenly... mid-shower... I realized... today was their after-school thingy! Whew... didn't have to get them for another hour and 15 minutes! PLENTY of time to get shipping packed up and out the door to the post office before 4 p.m. I'm lolly-gagging around apparently... doing my hair... fresh make-up... the picture of the wonderful stay at home mother... when I hear Ellen in the background... not a real person that I know named Ellen... Ellen DeGeneres... like the talk show??? Yeah, it was going OFF!!! That meant.... the post office.... just.... closed.Still... I'm gorgeous! Well, that's what I'm telling myself! I'm a gorgeous, picture perfect, stay at home MOM... All dressed up, with nowhere to go... Story of my friggin life!
